One key to business success is the ability to offer a tailored service which exceeds the customers’ expectations. Fáilte Ireland have developed this workshop for tourism businesses drawing on the latest research insights with an aim to enhance both the business and the customer experience through the provision of world class service excellence and the creation of an natural authentic Irish experience with a genuine warmth of welcome
