A workshop to help retailers and customer-facing businesses get through the Covid-19 crisis, will take place on Wednesday, April 29th.
Hosted by LEO Clare, this promises to be a very practical and pro-active online workshop, with a focus on helping retailers and customer facing businesses including cafes, pubs, restaurants, hotels, hairdressers, gyms, beauticians, etc. to get through this difficult crisis.
To take place between 2.30pm-5pm on April 29th, the workshop will be delivered by vastly experienced and motivating mentors / business consultants via Zoom (online App)
Who are the mentors/speakers? What will be covered?
· James Burke – Ireland’s best-known retail management consultant will introduce the session and set the scene and will give examples of where/how other retailers are finding opportunities
· Padraic McElwee, head of enterprise, Local Enterprise Office will outline the supports available (to include a Q&A)
· Yvonne Scully – business mentor will focus on business continuity – cashflow management and bank schemes (to including Q&A)
· Bobby Kerr – Retail Champion will provide his analysis of the current situation and will recommend what businesses should take on board, in what promises to be an energised and motivating session
· James Burke will conclude with 10 practical actions retailers can take to reinvent their proposition, and to prepare for re-opening in the future
