TTM Healthcare – Showcases its Winning Formula
TTM Healthcare recently celebrated a number of company milestones: awarded Platinum Standard Deloitte Best Managed Company 2019, Recruitment Agency of the Year at the National Recruitment Federation Awards and moving into #ourHQ – its new, purpose designed company headquarters in Ennis.

National Recruitment Federation (NRF) Awards
At the 12th annual National Recruitment Federation (NRF) Awards in late 2018, TTM Healthcare won two categories, the overall Recruitment Agency of the Year (Large) and the specialist Best in Practice Healthcare – the only company ever to win this double.
Congratulating TTM Healthcare, NRF President, Frank Farrelly said that with a record number of entries, and standards in professional recruitment here in Ireland among the highest in the world, the judging panel had no easy task in selecting winners.
“With the country at almost full-employment, and indigenous businesses and Irish based multi-nationals relying on top talent to compete, the role of the recruitment specialist is essential to the success of Ireland’s economy and to the fulfilment of our labour market. Outstanding quality and operational excellence was evident across all of the entries, and TTM Healthcare can be justifiably proud of standing out among such excellent peers”.
New HQ
TTM Healthcare was founded in 2002 by Brian Crowley as a sole trader with the Golden Pages and a telephone. A proud Ennis man, Brian ensured that as the company expanded its headquarters remained in Ennis.
As TTM Healthcare continues its global development with Paula McDonnell, Managing Director (an Ennis adoptee) at the helm, the purchase and redevelopment of Block 3 Ballymaley Business Park reaffirms TTM Healthcare’s commitment to Ennis, county Clare and the mid-West.
Paula concluded, “We employ 110 full time employees in Ennis and we look forward to growing our team here further. Our goal is to be the employer of choice in the mid-west.”
