Ennis Chamber and IKC3 present: Sustainability Networking Event on Tuesday Dec. 9th

Ennis Chamber will co-host an event on sustainability for businesses with IKC3 – a collaboration between MTU, UCD and Trinity College Dublin – whose ‘Sustainability for SMEs’ range of funded training programmes aim to support and empower SMEs in a practical, actionable way.

This will be a superb opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in sustainability, share experiences and hear from leading experts.

This event will take place from 10am to 12:30 on Tuesday, December 9th, at The Old Ground Hotel and will include an overview of the ‘sustainability for businesses programmes’ available through IKC3, together with some practical (and very interesting) presentations by local businesses outlining their sustainability journey to date.

Case Study Speakers are:

  • Fiona O’Shea Stack who will present on Dromoland Castle Resort’s remarkable sustainability journey
  • Sean Torpey, of Torpey,  will talk bamboo hurleys and other interesting sustainable practices embedded in the business

This is a free to attend event and all members are welcome.
