SEAI: Non-domestic micro generation scheme improved
Now, more than ever, it is imperative that we use less energy, move away from fossil fuels and take advantage of innovative energy solutions to address climate change. Changing how we use energy will go a long way to reducing our collective impact on the climate.
The recently announced improved Non-Domestic Microgeneration Scheme, operated through the SEAI is designed to help businesses in their journey towards green energy transition, and the scheme is now live and available for applications.
The amendments made to the Scheme are aimed at extending the supports to more businesses and now include a tiered grant support for solar PV installations for sizes greater than 6 kWp up to 1,000 kWp (1 MW) capacity.
