This online webinar will go through the different categories of wastes in a business, show examples of when they occur, examine methods on how to identify these wastes and help point you in the right direction on what Lean tools can be used to eliminate these problems.
Time, money and headspace are valuable, especially in small businesses. Yet every day, every business are doing jobs and performing tasks that don’t add value, i.e. reworking a product, holding too much inventory, looking for tools… the list goes on.
