Power Hour for Jack and Jill

Can Your Business Donate One Hour This September?

Ennis Chamber is encouraging businesses across County Clare to support a new fundraising initiative in aid of ‘Jack and Jill’ this September.

The ‘Power Hour for Jack and Jill‘ fundraising initiative will see businesses across Ireland come together for this new nationwide campaign, in partnership with Today FM.

The idea is simple: €20 funds one hour of in-home nursing care and respite support for a Jack and Jill family.

What can businesses do? Getting involved couldn’t be easier. Gather your colleagues for just one hour and host a fundraiser that suits your workplace – a coffee morning, bake sale, team quiz, sponsored walk, fitness challenge or even create your own unique Power Hour.

Jack and Jill supports over 500 families across Ireland, providing specialist in-home nursing care and respite support to children up to the age of seven with severe learning disabilities, often associated with complex medical needs. With no waiting list, no means test and no red tape, every euro raised helps give families the gift of time.

Join workplaces across Ireland for the national Power Hour on Friday, 25 September, and help make a real difference to families in your local community.

Register your workplace today at https://www.jackandjill.ie/power-hour/  or contact the Jack and Jill team on 045 894 538 to find out more.
