On Monday, March 02, the opening day of Clare Enterprise Week 2020,  Ennis Chamber will host an informative breakfast event outlining available funded training opportunities, together with an expert panel discussion on ‘How to Attract and Retain Talent’.

Hosted by Ennis Chamber and supported by LEO Clare and Regional Skills Mid-West, this breakfast event will be held at the Old Ground Hotel, Ennis.

Fiona McGarry of The Clare Champion will moderate the panel discussion. It will feature a stellar lineup including Paula McDonnell, MD, TTM Healthcare, Siobhan Dolan Clancy, former GM and VP, Microsemi and now MD of SDC Business Consulting offering business support services and mentorship, Eimear Brophy, Programme Coordinator, Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board (LCETB).

One of the greatest, if not the greatest challenge facing businesses is talent acquisition. This event will provide a great opportunity for employers and HR managers to discover what funded training opportunities can be tapped into to help upskill existing staff, and to help retain proven talent.
