Member Profile – Niall Cannon, eirpoint
eirpoint have been creating retail ePOS software solutions for 15 years and are still growing, learning and innovating. eirpoint have been providing retail systems, ePOS systems, mobie ePOS and other retail solutions to retailers for many years. In that time they have watched retail evolve from the main street, to the web and more recently onto mobile devices.
Niall Cannon graduated from DCU as a software developer having completed a Batchelor of Science degree. After a spell working overseas with Selfriedges (London) and Aer Rianta International (Moscow, Thailand & the Middle East) he returned to Ireland and completed a Master’s in Business Administration. In the year 2000 he founded the award winning business eirpoint™ with a mission to support innovation in retail through software solutions. The business has grown steadily in the intervening 15 years with close to 1000 retailers now using the company’s various mobile retail software solutions.
