Line-up For Ennis Chamber ‘SoapBox Breakfast’ June 7th

The next ‘SoapBox Breakfast’  – an Ennis Chamber initiative designed as a regular networking event to improve contact between chamber members across all sectors – will take place Thursday June 7th at the Old Ground Hotel.

It’s an opportunity for members to t get to know and  learn from one another.

The  ‘SoapBox Breakfast’ format is to gather, enjoy a quick  breakfast and a chat, followd by three short (5- 7 minute presentations) by Ennis Chamber members or community groups supported by Ennis Chamber.

 

Line-up for June 7th

Past President  of Ennis Chamber Jean McCabe will outline the story of her successful ‘Willow’ brand. A highlight for Jean and her team was winning a ‘Top 5 Store of the Year ‘ award at the Retail Excellence Awards 2017.

Darragh McAllister, newly appointed member of Ennis Chamber Executive, of Lucas Bar in Parnell Street, will tell the gathering about his and business parnter Dylan’s recent expansion to include Considine’s Bar, also located in Parnell Street.

Last, but cetainly not least, the new Chair of Ennis Tidy Towns Committee, Cormac McCarthy will share his vision for an even tidier and more environmentally aware Ennis. Current holder of Tidy Towns award for ‘Tidiest Large Urban Centre’, Ennis has designs on the overall prize this year!

We look forward to welcoming Ennis Chamber members, together with non-member guests, bright and early at 7.45 am on Thursday June 7th.
