Key HR issues for discussion at Networking Breakfast on May 17

 

Employers and HR Managers face a raft of new HR related requirements over the coming months and years and to help them prepare for those changes, Ennis Chamber will host an informative presentation and discussion, delivered by Ruairi Guckian of GHR Consulting and sponsored by LEO Clare.

This networking and learning event, will take place at The Old Ground Hotel on Tuesday, May 17, starting at 7.45AM am, with breakfast served at 8.00AM.

A presentation delivered by Ruairi Guckian will be followed by a Q & A session

Amongst the HR issues for discussion will be:

  • Statutory Sick Leave/Pay
  • Remote Working/ Flexible Working (obligations/requirements)
  • Work Life Balance

GHR Consulting was established in 2019 by Galway-native Ruairi Guckian, a highly qualified HR professional, with both national and international experience. Before setting up GHR Consulting, Ruairi worked in senior HR Management/Director level roles for Crossrail in London and Dubarry and Corrib Oil in Galway. Ruairi is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified and has a B.Comm and a Masters in Corporate Strategy and People Management & Development from NUIG, and a Post Grad in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
