Free CPR Training
Free ‘Hands for Life’ CPR training sessions will be hosted in the Clare Volunteer Centre, Kilrush Road, Ennis as part of National Volunteering Week on 17th May 2019
Attendees will learn how to:
- Recognise cardiac arrest
- Make a call to the Ambulance Service
- Conduct Hands-Only CPR
- Use an AED
- Help someone who is choking
- Know the difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest
- Recognise signs of a stroke
All of this will be taught by a qualified Irish Heart Foundation instructor in an hour and the course is suitable for adults (18 years & older)
The times of the courses are:
- 4.00pm – 5.00pm
- 5.30pm – 6.30pm
- 7.00pm – 8.00pm
