Fáilte Ireland – Tourism Workforce Survey
Fáilte Ireland invites all tourism industry businesses (accommodation providers, cafes, restaurants, bars, golf clubs, tour operators, transport providers etc) to take part in a short survey exploring emerging trends in the tourism sector’s workforce. The survey is being conducted on our behalf by Strategic Research and Insight (SRI).
The purpose of this 10-15 minute survey is to help us analyse the recruitment, retention and skills challenges and opportunities the sector is currently experiencing as well as identifying trends likely to emerge down the line.
This builds on Fáilte Ireland’s comprehensive body of research into the labour market over the last number of years. The results will help inform the work of Fáilte Ireland’s Tourism Careers division as it continues to support tourism businesses to attract and retain skilled talent.
Please Note: All responses will be anonymous, and results will only be used in aggregate.
This survey will close for responses at close of business on Thursday, 4th June 2026.
