Calling all hospitality and tourism businesses in County Clare
Fáilte Ireland will deliver 2 x Customer Service Training sessions in the Temple Gate Hotel, Ennis on Wednesday 31st May, ahead of what is hoped will be a strong summer season in Clare.
In person Customer Service Training has not happened since COVID. It is important that if this is something the tourism and hospitality industry would like to see return in-person that these two events are well supported.
Businesses operating in the hospitality and tourism sector can choose to send new employees and/or new & experienced employees, ensuring that the experienced staff members bring back the learnings for all. Each business can sign up a maximum of six persons per session.
Good customer service is key to success in any hospitality business. It can lead to customer loyalty, positive reviews, increased revenue and employee satisfaction. These interactive and fun workshops will help your customer-facing teams engage with visitors confidently and professionally.
New and seasoned staff
The programme is aimed at both new and seasoned front of house staff who have daily contact with visitors or who have responsibility for the provision of service quality within the business.
