‘How to Write an Effective Awards Submission’ workshop/mentoring session, hosted by Ennis Chamber and supported by LEO Clare, will be delivered by Jill Beasant, joint owner of Belfast-based Spotcheck Ni LLP.

Spotcheck Ni provides a range of services to enable customer facing businesses to understand and enhance their customer’s experience.  It also offers an adjudicating service, for business awards across the island of Ireland, including the annual Clare Business Excellence Awards.

Jill has a principle role in the project management of Spotcheck’s adjudication process which includes developing judging criteria to meet best practise standards, organising and overseeing mystery shopping, convening judging panels and providing feedback as required.

Jill will offer tips, , discuss pitfalls and share positive case studies to help workshop participants produce high quality award submissions.
