Ennis Chamber Golf Classic in association with Western Garages Volkswagen Clare

Ennis Chamber Annual Golf Classic will be held on Friday, the 13th of May in Ennis Golf Club in association with Western Garages Volkswagen Clare.  This event is one of the highlights of the business social calendar in Clare and an enjoyable and worthwhile day is guaranteed.  Speaking on the association, Brendan Wall of Western Garages Volkswagen Clare said, “Western Garages are delighted to sponsor the Ennis Chamber Golf Classic.  It is the ideal opportunity for businesses to reward colleagues and clients as we begin to see improvements in the economy.  We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to Ennis Golf Club by showcasing the exciting range of new models currently on offer from Volkswagen for the business customer.”

The Ennis Chamber Golf Sub-Committee have put together an attractive package for Golf enthusiasts.  As well as playing in the popular Ennis Golf Club, teams will enjoy a 2 course meal in the Golf Club afterwards.  In addition the committee are offering a range of great prizes valued at over €2,500 including 1st prize of a stay for 2 for each of the winning team members in Treacy’s Hotel, Enniscorthy and 4-Ball Green Fees at Clare’s prestigious Lahinch Castle Course and Dromoland Castle.  On the day, there will be a comprehensive display of the Volkswagen range of vehicles from Western Garages.  The committee would encourage anyone interested in competing for these prizes in a fun atmosphere to come along.   For those in business it is also an ideal opportunity to network and reward clients, colleagues and staff alike to a day out.

A team of 4 in the Golf Classic costs €200 including 2 course meal each as well as a host of prizes.  Individual golfers are also welcome for €50 each and will be formed into teams.  Businesses can also have their name and logo highlighted on the golf course by sponsoring a tee for €75.
