National title crowns transformational year for Ennis-based global recruitment company
The best and brightest Irish recruitment companies gathered in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel on Friday night for the annual National Recruitment Federation (NRF) Awards. TTM Healthcare (TTM) was named as Ireland’s Healthcare Recruitment Agency of the Year at the glittering ceremony, marking the third time the Co Clare company has taken the prestigious national title in the last four years.
The TTM Healthcare story Founded by Brian Crowley in Ennis in 2002, TTM now has offices in Ennis, Dublin, Cork and the UK. The TTM Group’s two primary business arms, TTM Healthcare and Resilience Care, deliver end to end support to the public and private health systems of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Middle East.
The TTM Team TTM CEO, Brian Crowley credits the team with the group’s enormous recent success, “TTM is run by an amazing group of people who are working hard to guarantee the care, quality and safety of our services. National and international success The NRF Awards come towards the close of what has been a transformational year for the TTM Group. Just four years after the company opened its first London office, the Recruiter Awards named TTM as the UK Public Sector Agency of the Year and Professional Services Agency of the Year 2016– the highest accolade in UK recruitment. TTM was also named in the Irish Times ‘Top 1,000’ Companies for the first time, the only privately owned Irish recruitment agency to make the list.
Local employment Perhaps most significantly, TTM began 2016 with the announcement of a multimillion euro investment by private equity firm Broadlake. The investment will help TTM to create 500 local jobs over the next five years. This follows on from a previous announcement of 100 jobs in 2014 with An Taoiseach Enda Kenny; all part of the company’s commitment to the Irish economy.
