Clare is one of Ireland’s top 10 most affordable places for first time buyers
Switcher.ie latest research has revealed the most and least affordable places for first-time buyers in Ireland, with Clare ranked 7th most affordable. It could take joint buyers in Clare 2 years 8 months on average to save for a deposit.
Switcher’s latest First Time Buyers Affordability Index 2026 reveals the most attainable areas for joint buyers and sole buyers based on how long it would take to save for a deposit in each Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) region.
