Clare Business Excellence Awards Submission Date extended
The submission date for categories within Clare Business Excellence Awards that require in-person judging has been extended by one week, with a new deadline of August 22. However, that is the final deadline.

- Best Tourism Experience (sponsored by TUS)
- Best Hospitality (sponsored by Shannon Group)
- Clare Retailer of the Year (sponsored by Ennis Chamber)
- Customer Service Excellence (sponsored by McKeogh Gallagher Ryan Accountants)
- Best Place to Eat (sponosred by AIB)
2 sub categories 1) Best Bistro/Cafe and 2) Best Restaurant
