Domini will have plenty to talk about. Born in the Bahamas, to an Irish mother and Scottish father, she moved to Ireland in 1983 and trained as a chef in London before co-writing ‘New Irish Cooking’ and working in the Michelin-starred Peacock Alley.
In 1999, together with her sister Peaches, she opened the hugely popular ‘itsabagel’, which has grown into a successful food company.
She went on to co-found Hatch & Sons, Alchemy Juice Co and Joe’s, as well as Feast Catering & Events.
Domini is MD of the ITSA food group and oversees the running of 12 locations and five brands, employing a team of 110. She is a Euro-toques chef, an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and Image Businesswoman of the Year.
Domini’s fifth cookbook, “The Ketogenic Kitchen”, written with fellow cancer survivor and nutritional therapist Patricia Daly, is a recent best-seller in Ireland and the US and is due for release in Germany this year.
Former cookery columnist with the Irish Times magazine, Domini regularly contributes to TV, magazines, and newspapers as a chef/food writer.
