Business Incident Report Form
Ennis Chamber Retail Action Group in conjunction with Ennis Gardai recently launched the Incident Report Form specifically for businesses. The purpose of the Incident Report Form is that in addition to reporting the incident to the Gardai, businesses complete the details of any crime such as theft, anti-social behaviour and criminal damage. This form is then be submitted directly to the Business Liaison Garda at Ennis Garda Station or to Ennis Chamber. The form is available from Ennis Chamber, 54 O’Connell Street, for download or by emailing info@ennischamber.ie. The data gathered from the incident report forms will assist in informing the Gardai in relation to threads in crime such as areas, times and frequency which in turn will determine the allocation of Gardai resources.
