Beckman Coulter win three awards at HR Leadership and Management Awards
Congratulations to Ennis Chamber member Beckman Coulter, winners of the ‘Best Employee and Wellbeing Strategy’ category at the recent HR Leadership and Management Awards.
The life sciences company who employ over 460 people at their facility near Tulla, won multiple awards having also been placed second in two other categories, namely; Best Employer Branding Programme and Best Workplace Diversity.
The winners of the sixth annual HR Leadership & Management Awards were revealed in front of a live digital audience, in what has become an accepted awards format in these Covid times.
As part of the digital broadcast, live interviews were conducted with winning entrants as well as judges, sponsors and supporters.
The awards judging panel was led by Head Judge Edel Conway, Professor in HRM & Organisational Psychology at DCU Business School.
