Age-Friendly Survey to help prepare Irish business for an aging workforce
Age Friendly Ireland is developing policy recommendations to support older workers. As part of this, a national survey — An Ageing Workforce in Ireland: Our Readiness and Preparedness — is now live.
Ennis Chamber is asking businesses to please take a few minutes to input to this short survey, to help design a pilot programme for Age-Friendly Workplaces that will meet real needs as our population ages. We also invite business owners to share this survey link with staff.
