Government seeks input from businesses on the opportunities, challenges and supports needed for the adoption of AI in Ireland.

The Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment has launched a consultation seeking input from businesses on the opportunities, challenges and supports needed for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Ireland. The initiative, will inform the first phase of the Government’s Sectoral Strategy for Enterprise Adoption of AI and help shape future policies, programmes and investment supports for businesses.

Businesses operating in the manufacturing, tourism, construction and ICT services sectors are encouraged to share their experiences of AI adoption, including barriers, skills needs and opportunities for growth, productivity and innovation.

Submissions

Businesses of all sizes operating in the manufacturing, tourism, construction and ICT services sectors are invited to participate and share their views through the consultation portal below:
