New Propel Ireland initiative encourages innovation in offshore renewable energy
Irish companies are being encouraged to capitalise on the immense opportunity in the area of offshore renewable energy through a new innovation centre launched by Enterprise Ireland.
Propel Ireland aims to drive collaboration, innovation and supply chain development across Ireland’s offshore wind sector.
It will connect Ireland’s offshore wind industry, supporting collaboration and enabling companies to address technical and commercial challenges. The new initiative will also support the development of a competitive Irish supply chain for domestic projects and global export, along with accelerating the commercial deployment of later-stage technologies.
