Stories behind successful food brands – meet the entrepreneurs
Meet the entrepreneurs behind two of Ireland’s most recognisable food brands. From a product that made the leap from kitchen to national supermarket shelves Cully & Sully https://cullyandsully.com/to and local Clare business, St Tola Cheese & Goat Farm, https://www.st-tola.ie/ has found national and international acclaim with its cheese business.
Founder Siobhán Ni Ghairbhith will take participants through her journey which involves supplying the food service and retail sectors, with plenty of tips and advice along the way. Of interest is a newer aspect to the business which involves a farm experience which sees visitors coming onto the farm for a unique visitor experience which was awarded The Georgina Campbell Inaugural Food Tourism Experience 2025.
Food expert James Burke will be on hand to share wisdom on food trends for 2026.
