ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management (focussed on small and medium-sized businesses) is now open for booking through Local Enterprise Office Clare. Delivered by LCETB this is a fully funded programme, with no charge to participants. It will be delivered as a hybrid programme (a blend of online and in person training).
Ennis Chamber strongly encourages its members operating small to medium sized businesses to consider participation in this programme, which aims to deliver leadership and management skills. This ILM Level 5 award will concentrate on the leadership of the owner managers /entrepreneurs.

The programme will focus on two core ILM units: Managing Individual Development & Assessing Your Own Leadership Capability & Performance.

Workshop 1: Launch Event – In Person (8hrs)
This proposal outlines the first in-person workshop of the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management programme, designed specifically for small business owners. The workshop will serve as the launch event and will run for a full day (8 hours), providing participants with a foundation for personal leadership development and programme engagement.

Introduce the ILM Level 5 Award structure, expectations, and assessment requirements.
Facilitate self-assessment of current leadership capabilities.
Begin development of a personal leadership development plan.
