Funded Programmes from UL
Here’s a quick reminder that there are many funded upskilling opportunities currently available at the University of Limerick starting this autumn.

- Springboard+: Programmes and Micro-credentials are now available and are 90% funded for employees and fully funded for jobseekers and returners.
- The HCI Micro-Credential Course Learner Subsidy is currently offering up to 80% fee funding for Professional Diplomas and micro-credentials to upskill/reskill. This funding initiative is set to conclude in October 2025, it’s essential that interested learners apply for September 2025 to take full advantage of the support available. Explore options here
- Generation apprenticeships: UL offers 7 Executive Apprenticeships which offer a very affordable route to up-skill and re-skill. These programmes are offered from level 7 diploma to level 10 doctorate qualification.
