Formally known as Shannon Development, Shannon Commercial Properties owns and manages over 400 buildings and 2,000 acres of land in over 50 locations in the Shannon region.
Its property portfolio ranges from the Shannon Free Zone (SFZ) business park, to prime office buildings and multi-let technology parks, to engineering, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics facilities, plus a portfolio of fully serviced sites for sale and development.
In addition to the SFZ, Shannon Commercial Properties owns and manages technology parks including the Information Age Park, Ennis.
