FBD Clare Business Excellence Awards Winners Announced!
Gleeson Goldsmiths, Shannon was crowned as Clare Business of the Year at the Gala Awards Ceremony for the FBD Clare Business Excellence Awards 2016 on Saturday the 22nd of October at Treacy’s West County Hotel, Limerick Road. As the Overall Winner they were presented with a fantastic prize pack valued at €10,000 generously sponsored by Action BV, Information Age Park, Gort Road providing website design and development services to the value of €5,000 by Acton Web as well as an e-mail marketing package from CreateSend to the value of €2,000. Cahill Taxation Services, Bank Place provided business tax planning consultation to valued at €1,500; also Cahir & Co Solicitors, Abbey Street offered €1,500 worth of their services while Elaine Ryan & Associates will ensure HR compliance and documents to the value of €1,500.
Over 230 business people from around the county came together to celebrate the best in business in Clare. Those in attendance were treated to a drinks reception sponsored by BWG Value Centre. Main Sponsors FBD Insurance opened the proceedings followed by Associate Sponsors Bank of Ireland. The evening showcased the 26 Finalists in the 9 categories with film clips of what they do in terms of their products or services.
