Council announces additional parking spaces in Ennis Town Centre

 

Clare County Council and Elected Members from the Municipal District of Ennis have agreed to increase parking availability in Ennis town centre.

 

A minimum of 100 additional parking spaces will be provided over the next 2 years with up to 500 new off-street parking spaces being targeted on a public private partnership basis by 2022.

Community Employment Scheme

Due to the very mild winter so far there has been great progress in the Community Gardens and Polly tunnel over the last few months. Below is a couple of pictures highlighting the transformation. In the tunnel at present there is a range of broad beans, chilli’s Onions, lettuce and garlic growing.
