 Commenting on the release of Exchequer Returns today (04 April 2017), Ian Talbot, Chief Executive of Chambers Ireland said, “The Irish economy continues to perform strongly in the first quarter of 2017 with VAT receipts notably strong. However, Government must monitor areas such as income tax and corporate tax, which while performing solidly, are falling behind target. Chambers Ireland today (13th February 2017) welcomed the long-awaited publication of the Mediation Bill 2017 by the Department of Justice and Equality.

Speaking following the publication of the legislation, Chambers Ireland Chief Executive Ian Talbot said, “Chambers Ireland has long been an advocate for increased use of these mechanisms, particularly mediation, to resolve commercial disputes. Community Employment Scheme

Due to the very mild winter so far there has been great progress in the Community Gardens and Polly tunnel over the last few months. Below is a couple of pictures highlighting the transformation. In the tunnel at present there is a range of broad beans, chilli’s Onions, lettuce and garlic growing. In the coming months we will be expanding to Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips Cabbage, strawberries.  A huge thanks you has to go out for the seven  lads responsible for the transformation – Well done lads!
